Select the profile icon on the top right of the site and select either:
- Send me a link - If it’s a valid email address registered with us you’ll receive a magic link to your email inbox allowing you access to your account. This will be sent within 10 minutes and will be valid for 30 minutes.
- Continue with email -Login using your registered email address and password.
- Google or Apple Pay - Select this method if you used this payment method for your order.
If your email address isn’t recognised then we either:
- Do not have an account registered
- You may have misspelled your email address
- Your payment method is linked to a different email address, so check Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or Paypal to see which address is registered with these payment methods.
