If you cannot see an order in your account when you log in and money has been taken it is likely that the payment method you used is linked to another email account.
This means if you paid with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or PayPal it would have connected your order to the email you have registered with these payment methods. Do login to your payment method and check the email address registered there as sometimes this can be an old one.
Alternatively, there could have been a typo when you entered the email address.
Please submit your details on the "My Orders" page to raise a ticket or reach out to hello@cosmetify.com if you still cannot see your order. By doing this we can locate your order and update your email address for you.
