If you have logged in to your account and there are no orders under "My Orders" this could be down to a few reasons:
- You may have a small typo in your email address that was submitted at the time of your order. You can either submit a ticket via the "My Orders" page or contact us on hello@cosmetify.com and we can help to update your email address for you.
- If you used Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal or Klarna, please check the email that is registered to your payment method as this may be different to the one you have logged in with.
